1. Our guarantee

BuntuLingo is sold by CamOnact LLC. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on every purchase, including Personal and Unlimited rooms subscriptions, Room Passes and Transcript Packs. If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

2. How to request a refund

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, who is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and processes refunds. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you paid with, or reply to your receipt email. You can also contact us on +268 7650 4775 or through www.camonact.studio and we will help you.

3. Subscriptions

You can cancel a subscription at any time from the Plans page. After cancelling, you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for, and you will not be charged again. Refunds within the 30-day period are handled as described above.

4. Your legal rights

This policy does not affect any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country. Paddle's own refund policy (paddle.com/legal/refund-policy) also applies.
