1. About these terms
BuntuLingo is developed by CamOnact.studio, Plot 325 Kingfisher Road, Courts Valley, Manzini, Kingdom of Eswatini. By using BuntuLingo you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. What BuntuLingo does
BuntuLingo listens to speech, translates it between Bantu languages and speaks the translation out loud. Translations are produced by computer and may contain mistakes. Do not rely on BuntuLingo for medical, legal, emergency or other situations where a wrong translation could cause harm.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe and for everything done with your account. You must give correct information when you sign up.
4. Free use and paid plans
Everyone gets a limited number of free translations each day. Paid plans (Personal, Conference, Room Pass, Unlimited rooms and Transcript Pack) unlock more. Prices are shown on the Plans page before you pay and may differ by country.
5. Payments
You are contracting with CamOnact LLC. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund terms are set out in Paddle's Buyer Terms (paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms). Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
6. Cancelling and changing plans
You can cancel at any time. After cancelling, you keep your plan until the end of the period you have paid for. If you change plans, the change happens straight away and you only pay the difference. Every purchase comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee — see our Refund Policy. We may suspend or end access for serious breach of these terms, non-payment, or fraud or security risk. BuntuLingo, its software and branding remain the property of CamOnact LLC, and we do not guarantee the service will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
7. Fair use
Do not use BuntuLingo to break the law, to harass or harm others, or to try to damage or overload the service. Words suggested for the slang list must be respectful. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
8. Privacy
To translate, your voice is sent to our servers and our AI providers. Conference transcripts are only kept for rooms where the organiser buys a Transcript Pack. We do not sell your personal information.
9. Liability
BuntuLingo is provided "as is". As far as the law allows, CamOnact.studio is not responsible for losses caused by translation errors, interruptions or use of the app.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.
